Description

Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Services is required to provide Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) Outreach/ alternate Certifier services and After Hours No Heat Emergency Response to low-income residents of Dutchess County, especially households with elderly and handicapped individuals. The program must be consistent with the New York State Plan and section 393 of the Social Services regulations.
The County is seeking proposals from qualified not-for-profit organizations to provide cost-effective HEAP-related services for the County.
