Description

Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Servicesis required to provide Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) Heating Equipment Repair & Replacement (HERR) Program and Cooling Assistance Program (CAP) services to low-income residents of Dutchess County, especially households with elderly and handicapped individuals. The program must be consistent with the New York State Plan and section 393 of the Social Services regulations.
The County is seeking proposals from qualified not-for-profit organizations (hereinafter referred to as Applicant or Proposer) to provide cost-effective HEAP-related services for the County.
