Dutchess County DPW is seeking proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to perform in-service safety inspections of County owned dams in accordance with NYCRR Part 673, existing Inspection and Maintenance Plans for each dam, and the latest edition of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Guidance Manual for the Inspection and Maintenance of Dams in New York State. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to enable the County to conduct a qualification and cost-based selection of interested engineering firms.
