Summary of Specifications:
The Dutchess County Department of Public Works is seeking bids for JANITORIAL SERVICES AT DUTCHESS COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES – MILLBROOK OFFICE, 15 Merritt Avenue, Millbrook, NY 12545 with an approximate 1,612 square footage (see Bid Proposal Form CS-1). The work called for under this specification consists of furnishing qualified supervision, work plan, labor, supplies, materials, equipment (except the supplies and utilities specified herein, which are to be supplied by the County) and performing all work as specified. Vendors are to use the specifications as a minimum performance guide and establish a work plan that meets or exceeds the requirements stated.
