RFB-DCP-78-24 - Leaf Springs

The intent of these specifications is to secure a bid for a reliable source and supply for an
undetermined quantity of “one-piece fully assembled leaf springs” for varied vehicles and
equipment utilized during the course of the year, including light, medium, and heavy-duty Leaf
Springs for the Dutchess County Department of Public Works – Highway Division, hereinafter
“County”. The items listed on the Bid Proposal Form are representative of yearly usage
estimates based on current usage. Other related items may be added to the list depending on the
needs or requirements of the County. The purpose of this bid is to obtain the lowest possible
cost for all items listed, from the most responsive and responsible bidder(s)
