RFP-DCP-44-19 - Leasing Hangar Space at the DCC Aviation Edu Bldg at HV Regional Airport

The County is seeking a company or individual to operate an aviation maintenance and repair facility within this hangar space. Although the County is open to all proposed aviation uses, the primary desire is for the chosen company to establish an aircraft maintenance operation, one that would complement the mission of the newly established DCC Aviation Maintenance Technology Program (A&P). The selected company has the opportunity to benefit from local job training programs, state and local business attraction/expansion incentives, as well as internship and externship programs through DCC.
