RFB-DCP-10-18 - Medical Screening/Testing Services for Dutchess County Employees

Dutchess County is seeking qualified proposals from Physicians (PLHCP) and other licensed health care professionals board certified in Occupational Medicine and certified by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) as Occupational and Environmental Health Service providers.  The PLHCP and/or its subProvider(s), where appropriate, must be able to provide medical screening, medical surveillance and other occupational medical services to Dutchess County employees as required by the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), 29 CFR 1910 and 1926, as adopted by the New York State Public Employee Safety and Health (PESH). The successful Provider will provide medical services which are compliant with all required regulations and future regulations.  The Provider must be able to furnish test results in accordance with the timeframes established by each regulation.
