The Dutchess County Department of Behavioral and Community Health is seeking to award a contract
to a qualified firm (hereinafter may be referred to as “Contractor”) to provide Part 820 Residential
Services Stabilization and Rehabilitation beds in Dutchess County, NY. These services are designed
to help persons who lack a safe and supportive residential option in the community to achieve
changes in their substance use disorder ("SUD”) behaviors within a safe and supportive setting. Such
services shall be strength based, person centered and trauma informed and may focus treatment on one or more
of the following treatment/recovery elements:
• stabilization,
• rehabilitation
