Summary of Specifications:
Services will include but may not be limited to the following components: 1) prepare and provide a schedule for the completion of traffic counts; 2) notify affected agencies (roadway owner, local municipality, and police agencies) prior to placing counters; 3) conduct counts; 4) collect GPS coordinates for all count stations; and 5) provide count and GPS/GIS data to the PDCTC.
