NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the TOWN Board of the Town of Pine Plains invites sealed proposals for the furnishing of labor necessary for the modification of the existing building drainage system located at Town of Pine Plains Highway Garage, 20 Highway Blvd., Town of Pine Plains, NY. This Contract includes specifications prepared by CPL, 9 Elks Lane, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
Work shall consist mainly of the installation of a garage floor drain, exterior oil/water separator and bioretention area. The work shall be substantially completed within 60 calendar days of the date of the Notice to Proceed.
