RFB-DCP-41-15 - Plumbing Parts and Supplies

Summary of Specifications:
The Dutchess County Department of Public Works is seeking qualified vendors to procure plumbing parts and supplies through an established discount off of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price. This will be a MULTI-VENDOR contract award. Contracts resulting from this bid solicitation are non-exclusive. The intent of these specifications are to provide a source of plumbing parts and supplies where authorized Dutchess County employees may place orders as needed by “WALK-IN” at the supplier’s place of business. Also, the County may place orders by phone or fax, which the supplier will be required to deliver within two business days.
