Dutchess County is seeking to retain a qualified Engineering Firm to provide Preliminary Design and Final Design for a County funded highway improvement project for County Route 41 (Crum Elbow Road); from 300’ east of Cardinal Road to 200’ east of Horns Park Road, located in the Town of Hyde Park, Dutchess County. Construction inspection services may be added to this contract by amendment. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to help the County select a qualified and experienced consultant.
