Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County is seeking to retain a qualified engineering firm to provide engineering services for the design of a single bridge structure to replace Bridge PP-2 (BIN 3343500) and Bridge PP-11 (BIN 3365150). The intention of this project is the replacement of the two adjacent bridges with a new single structure. This project is locally funded. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to enable the County to conduct a qualifications based selection of interested engineering/surveying firms.
