Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County is seeking to retain a qualified engineering firm to provide engineering services for the design of the realignment of the intersection of CR 72 and Hurley Road in the Town of Pleasant Valley. This project was previously part of the Federal Aid program and preliminary designs and studies have been completed. The project has been removed from the Federal program and is now going to be completed using 100% County funds. The intent of this project is to complete the final design phases of the project, including right-of-way acquisitions. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to enable the County to conduct a qualifications based selection of interested engineering firms.
