Dutchess County is seeking to retain a qualified engineer (Contractor) to review
engineering plan submissions made to the Department of Behavioral & Community
Health (DBCH) for approval of the design and construction of public water system, septic
system, wastewater collection system and public swimming pool infrastructure. The work
is of professional public health engineering nature involving ordinary responsibilities in
relation to the execution of one or more of the specialized phases of the environmental
health engineering programs in any municipality in Dutchess County
