Description

Dutchess County has a need for qualified agencies to provide a Respite/Social Adult Day Care Program to EISEP/CSE/Title III-E eligible elderly clients referred by Dutchess County Office for the Aging in compliance with the standards of the Expanded In-Home Services to the Elderly Program (EISEP), which are attached to this document as Exhibit A. As part of this RFP, these regulations as well as adherence to the federal and state laws contained in Exhibit B will become part of any contract for services agreed to by Dutchess County and all Social Adult Day Care Program providers which receive funding from Dutchess County shall maintain its services and administration standards in accordance with these regulations.
