A pre-proposal conference will be held on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Dutchess County Public Transit, 14 Commerce Street, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. The pre-proposal is intended to provide potential Proposers with an opportunity to view and familiarize themselves with the facilities and on-site vehicles. During the pre-proposal conference the COUNTY will not provide responses/verbal answers to Proposers questions regarding the Request for Proposal specifications, attachments, scope of work, etc. All Proposers shall submit any such questions in accordance with Section 15.0 of these specifications. While attendance at this meeting is not mandatory, it is highly recommended.
