RFB-DCB-06-15 - Replace Electrical Building at the Dutchess County Airport

Summary of Specifications:
The Base Bid for this project is for the construction of a new electrical building to replace the existing electrical building. The proposed building will house regulators, panels, and other equipment to be provided or relocated from the existing electrical building. The Base Bid will also include home run duct bank relocation as required for circuit connection to the proposed electrical building. The installation of a conduit run from the proposed electrical building to the FAA air traffic control tower which will house a proposed communications cable to service the L-821 control panel in the air traffic control tower will also be included as part of the Base Bid. Add On No. 1 will include the demolition of the existing electrical building.
