RFB-DCP-37-13 - Sign Shop Materials

Summary of Specifications:
Dutchess County seeks to identify a competent and reliable source of sign materials that comply with the following specifications. The materials include reflective sheeting, accessory products, roll goods, and pre-printed sign faces for use in making highway-type and other signs. The two Groups of materials are: Group 1 – Rolled reflective sheeting materials and accessories; Group 2 – Preprinted Sign Faces. It is the County’s intent to award an annual contract for purchase of these Groups of materials to the most responsive & lowest cost bidder(s). The products listed under each Group are representative of those currently utilized by the County and are for bid purposes only. Similar or related products may be added or deleted throughout the contract term depending upon the needs of the County.
