Description

The Dutchess County Department of Behavioral and Community Health (DBCH) announces this
Request for Proposals (RFP) for a qualified supplemental contractor or supplemental contractors to provide Recovery Housing
Services for individuals with substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health challenges.
DBCH will be receiving funds through opioid settlements and is seeking to provide initial
funding/start up support for recovery housing services in Dutchess County only. These funds
are intended as a onetime allocation to support startup expenses associated with the provision of
recovery housing services and thereby increase community capacity for treatment by growing
the total amount of available recovery housing services in Dutchess County. It is unknown at this
time if there will be funding provided by the County to support recovery housing programming after
the initial startup support has been issued.
