Description

The Dutchess County Department of Finance is seeking proposals from individuals/firm’s for title
search services.
The awarded individual/firm shall furnish all labor and materials necessary or proper for title searches in connection with the In Rem Tax Foreclosure of the 2018 delinquent real property tax liens for the
County of Dutchess.
The awarded individual/firm and its employees shall possess a thorough knowledge of the elements of
title searches in connection with in rem foreclosure proceedings of NYS Real Property Tax Law
Article 11. All work shall conform to the requirements of the County and the State of New York for
title companies to authorize searches. The title search shall consist of a search of the records for a
minimum of 30 years
