Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a consulting firm to complete a study to assess, analyze needs and identify gaps within the existing Dutchess County Public Transit (DCPT) network and determine need and demand for new innovative transit services, such as a microtransit solution. Using a fiscally prudent mindset, the study shall look at ways to better serve seniors, veterans, low-income and those with disabilities who reside in more rural or underserved portions of the County and presently have little or no access to the public transit system.
