RFB-DCP-77-14 - Transportation of Voting Systems

Summary of Specifications:
The Dutchess County Board of Elections (DC BOE) is responsible for the transportation of the voting systems to be used by DC BOE in the conduct of all DC BOE managed elections. The voting system will include, but is not limited to, an electronic voting machine, a voting booth, 2 VOTE HERE signs, an accessible voting booth box, and 6 traffic cones, transported from the DC BOE central storage facility to the various polling locations throughout the county and returned from the various polling locations throughout the county back to the central storage facility, within a specific time period for the successful preparation, conduction and audit of any and all elections managed by the DC BOE.
