Summary of Specifications:
These technical specifications are intended to provide the minimum requirements for the construction, outfitting and equipping of Two (2) 8 Foot Tow Behind Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) Trailers for use by the Dutchess County Department of Emergency Response. Bidder shall demonstrate a minimum of 3 years experience in building mass casualty response trailers and provide a minimum of 3 references from emergency services agencies that have current trailers of the same or similar construction in service.
