RFP-RP01-23 - Aerial Photography Services

The County of Orange (County) seeks proposals from firms to provide aerial photography services for the geographic area of Orange County, NY.  The images will be used by County departments and municipalities within the County.  Access to data is to be made available via online viewing tools and downloadable, preferably via a web application, to be incorporated into the County’s existing GIS products.  Sufficient access and if appropriate, licenses, shall be provided.   Offline access shall be available for utilization.

This RFP is designed to provide interested offerors with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements but is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant or essential data.  Offerors are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement.
