The purpose of this bid is to establish a vendor(s) to provide Bio-Degradable Asphalt Solvent to the County of Orange. All Departments of the County of Orange will utilize a resulting award to fulfill their asphalt solvent needs. Pricing listed in this bid shall apply to all points within Orange County (FOB Delivered), adding no extra delivery or handling charge.
