The specs should read: Black, Heavy Duty, 6 handles, straps 1-1/2” wide polypropylene webbing with a tensile strength of at least 900 lbs., straps are secured by heavy duty rivets, envelope zipper/opening, 20 mil thickness, carrying capacity 450lbs., virgin waterproof vinyl, heat-sealed, impervious to blood, fluids, body fats, chemicals, and minimal odor when closed, must have ability to be locked and secured – equal or better
