Description

The County of Orange (“County”) is seeking to enter into a contract with one or more competent professionals (each, an “Offeror” or “Consultant”), with demonstrable experience in and understanding of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) rules and requirements as they relate to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) program, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program, Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program, and/or Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), to provide support to the Orange County Office of Community Development (OCD), located in Goshen, New York, as more particularly described in the “Specifications” Section below.
