RFP-DSS14-12 - DOCUMENT PREPARATION & SCANNING

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange (“County”) is seeking Document Preparation and Scanning services for various case records of the Department of Social Services (“DSS”). The selected Vendor will pick up from and deliver case records to the DSS offices located at 11 Quarry Road, Goshen, NY 10924. The document preparation and scanning will be conducted at the Vendor’s place of business under guidelines established by DSS. The general scope of services shall include but not be limited to the following: a. Evaluate case records prior to scanning to ensure that documents are properly indexed by document type and by individual case or client identifiers in a text delimited file layout supplied by DSS. b. Scan documents in format compatible with Docuware. c. Establish Quality Control system to ensure that software compatibility and indexing issues are minimal.
