Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange County (County) is issuing this Request for Bid (RFB) for electric supply to Energy Service Companies (ESCO's and qualified electric suppliers (Supplier) that will provide firm retail supply to the various facilities listed in this RFB as requested by the County or other entities permitted to purchase from County contracts as per New York State General Municipal Law §103(3) and (16) (Authorized Users) and in accordance with the "Purchases by Other Local Governments and School Districts" section of this RFB.

All accounts services under any contract awarded shall be located within Central Hudson Gas & Electric and Orange & Rockland Utilities (O&R) service territories.
