All account services under any contract awarded shall be located within Central Hudson Gas & Electric and Orange & Rockland Utilities (O&R) service territories.

Failure to submit a proposed supply agreement (even if one was previously submitted), by this deadline shall render a bid non-responsive. Terms and conditions of Bidder's proposed supply agreement shall be subject to negotiation with the County.
