Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange, through its Office for the Aging (“OFA”), is seeking a full-service banquet facility to provide accommodations and on-site catering services for OFA’s annual Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (“RSVP”) Recognition Luncheon.

This year’s RSVP Recognition Luncheon is tentatively scheduled to take place on Thursday, September 24, 2015 between the hours of 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. OFA expects to have 300 attendees at this year’s RSVP Recognition Luncheon.

The RSVP Recognition Luncheon consists of a sit-down meal with full table service and awards presentation and ceremony, with pre-event registration.

The successful bidder (“Vendor”) must be able to meet the following specifications.
