Description

It is the intent of the County of Orange (“County”) to solicit bids to retain the services of a qualified contactor to (a) furnish flow measurement equipment, materials and related appurtenances necessary for the performance and completion of the County’s sanitary sewer flow measurement project, (b) provide monthly maintenance and service for all such equipment, (c) provide data hosting and reporting services, (d) provide start-up services and (e) provide training to County personnel. The flow measurement equipment provided by Contractor shall be installed by performed by OCSD #1.
