Description

The County of Orange (County) seeks a qualified Vendor to provide HVAC and Exhaust System Cleaning for the Orange County Sheriff’s Office (Facility). The Facility is 18 years old, opening in September of 2001, spans approximately 450,000 square feet and is located on 168 acres. The Facility houses the Sheriff’s offices, as well as the Correctional Administration. This includes a High Security 802 bed facility, consisting of podular direct supervision cells and dormitory style housing. The podular housing units are comprised of two tiers/levels. The work required will include the entire Facility located at the Orange County Sheriff’s Office / Orange County Correctional Facility, 110 Wells Farm Road, Goshen, NY 10924.
