Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange (“County”) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or organizations (“Licensee”) to manage all aspects of the operation of Hickory Hill Golf Course (“Golf Course”), located at Warwick County Park in Warwick, NY, beginning on January 1, 2015. The Golf Course is an 18-hole par 72 course, which averaged 18,895 rounds per year over the period of 2005 to 2013. The course includes a pro shop, driving range and snack bar/restaurant with a banquet room for up to 120 persons. The course is located in the Town of Warwick, off NYS Route 17A.
