Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange (“County”) owns certain real property and amenities commonly known as the Hickory Hill Golf Course, located at Warwick County Park in Warwick, New York, off Route NYS Route 17A. This includes an 18-hole, 72 par, golf course, pro shop, driving range, restaurant (with a banquet room for up to 120 people), and snack bar (the “Golf Course”). The County is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or organizations (“Licensee”) to manage and operate all facets of the Golf Course at the earliest date agreeable to both parties.
