Description

The County of Orange (“County”), by and through its Department of Social Services ("OCDSS") is seeking proposals from experienced offerors to operate a Housing Resource Center ("HRC") as more fully described in the Specifications portion of this RFP. The HRC will be sited within OCDSS’ Temporary Assistance offices located at 141 Broadway Newburgh, New York and 18 Seward Avenue, Middletown, New York, respectively.
