Introduction:

The County of Orange (“County”) seeks to establish a pool of qualified licensed brokers that will be eligible to receive and respond to requests for quotations to provide insurance brokerage services to the County, to include but not limited to: insurance placement and servicing; risk exposure analysis; general advice; claims assistance; and quarterly claims reporting.

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is to obtain responses from brokerage firms with expertise in performing the services described in Article III of this RFQ. The responses will be used to identify and establish a pool of brokerage firms deemed qualified to perform the services of securing and servicing the County’s insurance and risk management needs. Inclusion in the pool of
