Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for providing laboratory services involving the pickup and analysis of specimens from 1) the Middletown and Newburgh Orange County Health Department clinics and 2) two Goshen locations for the Orange County Medical Examiner's office. Additionally, provision of specimen collection supplies and centrifuges is required for the various locations.
