Description

1. The County of Orange (“County”), on behalf of its Department of Health (“OCDOH”) and Medical Examiner (“OCME”), is seeking proposals from qualified laboratories (each individually referred to as an “Offeror” and collectively as the “Offerors”) to provide certain laboratory services as more fully described in the Specifications section of this RFP.

2. The laboratory services sought under this RFP include the pickup and analysis of specimens from the OCDOH clinics located in Middletown and Newburgh, the OCDOH main office located in Goshen, and the OCME office located in Goshen, as well as providing specimen collection supplies and centrifuges for the various locations.
