Description

The County of Orange on behalf of The Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation ("Facility") is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to provide certain medical, and employment examination services, and to act in the capacity of Medical Director for the facility, each as more fully described in the Specifications section of this RFP.
The Facility is a County-owned and operated, 360-bed skilled nursing facility that provides both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services to its residents. The Facility participates in the Medicare and Medicaid programs and accepts certain private insurance and HMOs and private pay arrangements.
