The County of Orange County (County) is issuing this Request for Bid (RFB) for Natural Gas supply to Energy Service Companies (ESCO's and qualified Natural Gas suppliers (Supplier) that will provide firm natural gas supply to the various facilities listed in this RFB and as added or deleted by the County during the term of the contract. All account services under any contract awarded shall be located within Central Hudson Gas & Electric (CHUD), Orange & Rockland Utilities (O&R) and New York State Electric & Gas (NYSEG).

All participating Bidders must submit a copy of their proposed natural gas supply agreement to the Department of General Services by Wednesday, July 7th, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. prevailing time. Failure to submit a proposed supply agreement (even if one was previously submitted), by this deadline shall render a bid non-responsive. Terms and conditions of Bidder's proposed supply agreement shall be subject to negotiation with the County.
