Summary of Specifications:
Orange County seeks proposals from qualified individuals, groups or organizations to upgrade and enhance the Department of Human Resources’ Municipal Tracking System and convert all information from the current tracking system into the proposed new system as well as integrate information currently contained in Excel and Word documents into the proposed new system.

The current tracking system is an in-house tracking application that was developed using antiquated technologies and has limited functionality. This system is used daily, Monday through Friday, by eight (8) individuals in the Civil Service Unit and has read only access for occasional use by four (4) other individuals in the Human Resources Department.
