Description

The County on behalf of its Department of Social Services, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to operate and provide services through a parole reentry program.
The successful offeror awarded a contract pursuant to this RFP will provide a wide array of parole reentry services to adults returning to Orange County from New York State correctional facilities. The goal of the Program must be to assist program participants with transitioning from incarceration to living successfully in an OC community setting, thereby reducing program participany recidivism and increasing public safety.
