Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this RFP is to secure a vendor(s) to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services including Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy, Rehab Aide, and rehabilitation management services to The Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation (“Facility”). Services will be provided up to 6 days per week, Monday through Saturday during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
