Description

Overview. The County of Orange (“County”) seeks a qualified vendor to provide renovations to its Mobile Communications Center, which is a self-contained mobile communications vehicle designed to support law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services agencies at the sites of major emergency or disaster incidents (“MCC”). The MCC is deployed to major emergency or disaster incidents to provide interoperable telecommunications capabilities facilitating on-scene communications, logistics and operations support. The MCC was purchased by the County in 2011. The County is seeking to update and upgrade its systems and technologies to current day standards.
