RFP-DOH01-22 - Transportation Services for the Early Intervention & Preschool Special Education

1.            The County of Orange (“County”), by and through its Department of Health (“OCDOH”) seeks proposals from qualified entities (collectively, “Offerors” and individually, “Offeror”) to perform certain transportation and related services for OCDOH’s Early Intervention (“EI”) Program and Preschool Special Education (“PSE”) Program as more fully described in the Specifications part of this RFP.

2.            The transportation services sought under this RFP fall within three (3) separate Zones (as that term is defined in Section 1(x) of Article II of the Specifications part of this RFP). Offerors responding to this RFP may propose to perform transportation services in one (1), two (2), or all three (3) Zones. An Offeror responding to this RFP must clearly identify each Zone for which its proposal is being submitted by checking the appropriate box on the Proposal Form (included in this RFP).
