RFB-OC080-10 - Transportation of Voting Machines and Ballot Bags

Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for providing moving services for the Orange County Board of Elections (BOE) for the Primary Election on September 14, 2010 and the General Election on November 2, 2010, as well as the September, 2011 Primary and November, 2011 General Election. Machines and other required equipment will be moved from a central storage facility to various election polling locations throughout Orange County. This scope of work includes the moving the brand new optical scan machines (electronic) plus supply carts that contain Election Day supply material to designated polling places throughout the County. Approximate weights and dimensions are included in this bid specification.
