RFP-DOF02-10 - Unemployment Cost Control Services for the Orange County Finance

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Orange requires the Service Provider to provide: 1. Claims administration and provide monthly/quarterly/annual reporting showing both claim status and amount of benefits paid to date. 2. Preparation for and representation at Unemployment Insurance Hearings, review and protest of unfavorable determinations. 3. On-site training of key personnel, a minimum of one session per year. Provider must have a working knowledge of all unemployment laws for New York State and keep up to date with all changes in these laws. 4. Representation before New York State on wage and hour audits. 5. A technical/consultative service. 6. Periodic auditing of bills to determine that benefit rates are properly calculated and paid for the prescribed eligibility periods only.
