Description

1. Replacement of air handling units AC-1A, AC-1B, AC-2B, HV-1, AC-1C, and AC-1D (each an “AHU” and collectively, the “AHUs”) and all associated equipment including, but not limited to, condensate removal pumps, reheat coil, and protective pipe bollards.

2. Piping installation only as necessary to connect each AHU to the existing distribution system, including valves.

3. Control system components necessary for complete functionality of the AUHs, including the building control unit (BCU), the primary operator’s station (POS), the portable operator’s terminal (POT), software as specified, and all control wiring.

4. Electrical work necessary for the complete functionality of the AUHs and their controls.

5. Duct cleaning as specified.
